Whether you’re popping by for a festive bite, browsing for gifts, or soaking up the seasonal atmosphere, you’ll find facilities and support to help make your visit smooth and enjoyable.
Public toilets are available throughout Sutton Coldfield Town Centre, including at the Gracechurch Shopping Centre, where visitors can find standard facilities as well as a Changing Places facility on Level 1.
A fully equipped Changing Places Facility is available on Level 1 of the Gracechurch Shopping Centre multi-storey car park, next to Customer Services.
It can be accessed directly from the car park or via the lift located next to WH Smith.
This facility includes extra space, specialist equipment, and a height-adjustable changing bench to make visits easier for people with additional accessibility needs and their carers.
We’re committed to making the Sutton Coldfield Victorian Christmas Market as accessible as possible. The event takes place along The Parade, which is level and suitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs. Stewards will be on hand throughout the event to assist visitors where needed.
For visitors arriving by car, nearby car parks include designated Blue Badge spaces and step-free access to the market area.
Seating areas will be available around the market, perfect for taking a break, enjoying your food and drink, or soaking up the entertainment.
Registered assistance dogs are welcome at the fayre. Please ensure they are clearly identifiable, and water bowls will be available at selected stalls.
Our festival stewards and staff will be easy to spot if you need assistance, directions, or have any questions on the day.
